All prices are given for chargeable time.  Completion time varies. 
If at any time problems arise, client is called with a Technician's report before any further work is continued. 
Minimum Charge applies if no other work is ordered.

Technical Diagnosis
Computer receives a forced air cleaning and visual inpsection of internal components
Diagnostics is completed to determine the problem and next steps in repair
Client is given a technician's report to educate and recommend cost effective solutions

Remove Hard drive, Scan for Viruses, Image entire hard drive to Sigma Server while computer at Sigma, expand image, compare number of files to original
Data Backup to CD
Movement of specified files to CD from client's computer or from Sigma Server. $10.00/CD fee applies if more than one disc is required.
Data Backup to DVD
Movement of specified files to DVD from client's computer or from Sigma Server. $10.00/DVD fee applies if more than one disc is required.
Data Transfer from one Hard Drive to a Second Hard Drive  
Move backup from Sigma Server to one directory c:\Old Hard Drive on client's computer
Data Storage on Sigma Server  
Storage of data on Sigma Server, minimum of 30 days
Data Integration   
My Documents, Favorites, Desktop, Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook Emails & Address Book 
note: includes email setup and verification
note:  If client is using MS Outlook then MS Office needs to be loaded first.
Data Integration of non-standard data  
Note:  More time might be required.  Client will be contacted if more time is required.  Further time charged in 15 minutes blocks at $25/15minutes
Data Recovery  
If a hard drive has been deleted or corrupted and is still functioning then a data reovery can be run on the hard drive.  The free analysis will give a total measurement of how many possible folders and/or files that it can recover.  Client will provide a media for their data to be put after it is recovered.
Remove Adware and/or Spyware  
Run Adware removal software tools, manual scrub of registry, research on deviant software to ensure removal
     Note:  This service is 95% successful - 5% of the time we still advise reloading Windows after adware/spyware has been removed.
Remove Viruses  
Run Virus removal software tools, manual scrub of registry, research on virus to ensure removal
   Note:  This service is 95% successful - 5% of the time we still advise reloading Windows after adware/spyware has been removed.
 
Remove Viruses & Adware from same computer
Run Virus & Adware removal software tools, manual scrub of registry, research on virus and adware to ensure removal
    Note:  This service is 95% successful - 5% of the time we still advise reloading Windows after adware/spyware has been removed.
 
Windows Installation  
Install OS, Optmize Hard drive, Load AVAILABLE drivers, Test Internet, Install Service Packs, Critical Updates, Another Hard Drive Optimization, Power Down Test
Search for Drivers on the Internet  
Research model and brand of component, locate proper drivers from the internet, test device, copy driver to CD
Software Installation (No Peripheral Device)  
Defragmention, Load of Software, Download Software updates
Software Removal  
Proper uninstall of software, remove icons and traces of software if necessary
Note:  Sometimes removal of old software is required for proper installation of new software.
RAM Installation  
Computer in shop for 4 hurs. RAM stress test, multiple passes to check compatibility & functionality.
Internal / External Device Installation  
Open computer, install PCI card, boot computer, load drivers, test 
Warranty Labour Check  
If work has been done on client's computer and future problems arise that the associates with work Sigma has done, Sigma will do a warranty check to determine the cause of the problem. 
There are no charges if the cause of the problem is:
    - the fault of Sigma
    - faulty hardware and the computer is waranteed by Sigma (Seanix)
A $50 minimum charge applies if the cause of the problem is:
    - a hardware failure that is not under warranty
    - any software issue including Windows, virus, adware etc.
No Fault Found  
This charge applies to any warranty check that shows a problem other than warranty.

The following services are provided to clients who have purchased a brand new Seanix computer from Sigma.

Windows Activation and Updates  
Activation of Windows and completion of all Windows Updates
   Note:  This must be completed for any further services can be done.
Data Backup to New Seanix Computer  
Movement of all data from old computer to new Seanix computer (includes virus scan)
Data Integration   
My Documents, Favorites, Desktop, Outlook Express Emails & Address Book 
note: includes Outlook Express email setup and verification
Software Installation (No Peripheral Device)  
Defragmention, Load of Software, Download Software updates
Norton Anti Virus Software Installation & Configuration  
Windows Updates, Defragmention, Load of Norton Anti Virus, NAV updates, Full System Scan
Move Internal Device to New Computer  
Remove Device from old computer, open new computer, install PCI card, boot computer, load drivers, test 
Move Hard Drive as slave to New Computer  
Remove hard drive from old computer, open new computer, install hard drive, boot computer, test to see that old hard drive is seen as D drive and that data can be seen
